1. Who we are

NEXA AI (“NEXA,” “we,” “us”) is an educational platform operated by NXT Level Learning, a healthcare education company based in Texas, United States. These terms govern your use of nexa.nxtlevellearning.com and the services offered on it.

2. What NEXA is — and is not

NEXA provides AI-assisted exam preparation for healthcare certification students: practice questions, tutoring conversations, skills videos, an audiobook, and progress tracking. NEXA is educational support only. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment; it does not replace your instructor, your school, or your state-approved training program; and completing NEXA activities does not by itself certify you for any credential. AI-generated answers can contain errors — always verify important information with your instructor and your official course materials.

3. Your account

• You must provide accurate information when registering.
• Accounts are personal: one person per account. Sharing login credentials or purchased access with others is not permitted and may result in suspension.
• You are responsible for keeping your password confidential.
• NEXA is not directed at children under 13, and you must be old enough to enroll in a healthcare training program to use it.

4. Access passes

NEXA is a private platform. Access is granted for a fixed term (currently 60 days) via course enrollment with NXT Level Learning, purchase of the Nurse Aide Excellence book or Complete Bundle, or purchase of an AI tutor pass. Access is non-transferable. Renewal and extension options, including our pass guarantee, are described in the Refund & Pass Guarantee Policy.

5. Acceptable use

• Never enter patient information or any protected health information (PHI) into NEXA. It is a study tool, not a clinical system.
• Do not copy, scrape, download, or redistribute our question banks, lessons, audiobook, or other content. It is provided for your personal study only.
• Do not use NEXA to cheat on, record, or reconstruct any actual certification exam.
• Do not attempt to probe, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to the service.

6. Intellectual property

All content on NEXA — questions, rationales, lessons, the Nurse Aide Excellence book and audiobook, videos, and the NEXA software itself — is owned by or licensed to NXT Level Learning and protected by copyright. Your access pass grants a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use this content for your own studies while your access is active.

7. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, including credential sharing or content scraping. You may stop using NEXA and request deletion of your account at any time (see the Privacy Policy).

8. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

NEXA is provided “as is.” We work hard to keep the platform accurate and available, but we do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we do not guarantee any exam outcome. To the fullest extent permitted by law, NXT Level Learning’s total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid for your current access period.

9. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms; material changes will be posted on this page with a new “last updated” date. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States.
