Refund & Pass Guarantee Policy

Our pass guarantee

We stand behind our program. If you prepare with NEXA and do not pass your state nurse aide exam, we extend your access — free.

  • Who qualifies: students with NEXA access through the Nurse Aide Excellence book, the Complete Bundle, an AI tutor pass, or enrollment in an NXT Level Learning course.
  • How it works: email a copy of your official failing score report from the state testing provider to info@nxtlevellearning.com from your NEXA account email.
  • What you get: an additional 60 days of full NEXA access at no charge, activated when we verify your report — usually the same day.
  • Limits: one extension per exam attempt, and the score report must be dated during your access period or within 90 days after it ended.

AI tutor pass (digital access)

If NEXA isn’t for you, request a refund within 7 days of your access being activated and we will refund your purchase in full to your original payment method. After 7 days, or once the access period has been substantially used, digital access is non-refundable — that’s where the pass guarantee above takes over.

Nurse Aide Excellence book (purchased from us)

Physical books in new, unused condition may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the book price; return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility. Books purchased on Amazon follow Amazon’s own return policy.

Complete Bundle

Bundle components follow the rules above: the digital portion is refundable within 7 days of activation if unused, and the book may be returned per the book policy. Partial refunds are prorated by component.

How to request a refund

Email info@nxtlevellearning.com with your purchase receipt (Square or Amazon order confirmation) and the email on your NEXA account. Approved refunds are issued through Square to the original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days. Refunding a purchase ends the access it granted.

Course tuition

Tuition for NXT Level Learning classroom and clinical programs is governed by your enrollment agreement with the school, not by this page. See also our Terms of Service.
